Wound Care Program Essential Support Services
The complexity of maintaining a safe and successful wound care program can be a bit overwhelming, even for seasoned managers. For an affordable monthly fee, the MATRIX network of professionals will provide you with the essential annual resources and support needed to operate a successful outpatient wound care program, plus the added support of an on-call resource team to navigate you through regulation changes, NFPA requirements, and training issues as they arise.
Our Essential Support resource team includes a Hyperbaric Board Certified Physician, experienced and certified wound care clinicians, billing and coding professionals, the corporate safety officer, and marketing specialists – all on call for your needs.
MATRIX will provide you with annual review and update of charge master and superbill, based on yearly coding and billing updates. We will provide an annual 4 hour “HBOT Update Course” highlighting regulatory changes as well as two paid registrations to a MATRIX 40 hour “Comprehensive Introduction to Hyperbaric Medicine and Wound Care Course” each year. We will provide quarterly safety bulletins, compliance updates, and annual Financial, Safety, PI, and Business Development Program reviews.
In addition, MATRIX will make up to 2 annual site visits where other issues can be addressed such as: physician recruitment/retention, increasing patient volumes, developing home health alliances, increasing productivity, providing CEU offerings, and conducting a mock UHMS accreditation survey.
